Watch Obama on the BIG screen

Yes, 21 Jumbotrons will be at the National Mall for the big event. But lets say…well…you want to be in DC, but not on the National Mall on Jan. 20th, but still want to see OBAMA… well you can!

The Navy Memorial’s Naval Heritage Center will show the event live on a 46 foot x 16 foot high def. screen. It’ll cost $30 to get in which will include a boxed lunch from Organic to Go.  All are welcome. Click here to learn more.

Neighborhood Ball tickets sold out

Tickets to the Neighborhood Ball ( which ABC will air from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Jan. 20.) with big name musical celebs apparently went on sale and were sold out very fast.

The Youth Ball for ages 18-35, Mid-Atlantic Ball, and Biden Home States Ball are all sold out.  According to the Washington Post, the Mid-Western, Southern and Western/Southwestern Ball may still have tickets left, at $150 each.

Jan. 19. Obama’s Call To Service.

Mr. and Mrs. Obama will be in DC helping out on Jan. 19th, and they want us all to serve on that day as well.

Take a break and watch Obama talk (3.53 minutes) about ways you can get involved and participate on MLK day.

Then, take another break and watch Mrs. Obama talk (1min. & 59 sec.) about this, "Call to Service".

Manifest Hope: Art Gallery in DC

Evolutionary Media Group and Shepard Fairey’s Obey group come together in an exhibit called Manifest Hope:DC. It brings light to artists who used art to bring Obama to victory.
