Anything a black hatter can do to extend their site rankings is a fair target (to them). Gray hat is just any mix of the two. In reality, most people are gray hat, whether or not the are planning to be black or white hat. So , does which make you a black hat SEO person? Not necessarily. While the search websites may penalise you if you’re caught, it’s really a matter of goal. In the end while black hat SEO may give you an artificially good ranking, which is far better than a low ranking. To paraphrase, black hatters could be in the top few lists one day, and fully de-indexed the next.
